Scope Services Information Technology Department recently completed its 2^nd Annual Innovation Week.  During the week, employees were challenged to present innovative ideas that are applicable to Scope Services’ mission.  Each participant presented their idea to the Executive Team and Scope’s field managers during the November Lunch and Learn event, where all participants were able vote on the presentations.

This year, Stephanie Bishop was selected by her peers as Scope’s Innovator of the Year.  Her winning presentation was an Automated Workflow, that will streamline and increase Human Resource and Personnel processing, that will assist the entire organization going forward.  Her One-Click solution will outfit a new employee with everything they need to start their new job.  Stephanie’s innovative idea will help us welcome our new employees and set them up for success from day one.
