Scope’s Recruitment Team recently attended “Recruitment on the Rocks”; a hiring solutions conference hosted by the Mid-West Family of Southwest Michigan. During the conference, Trish Melcher, Tricia Spitzer, Christie Saffell and Michelle Schroeder learned great tips on how to reach stronger candidates to assemble a strong and effective workforce.
